Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These shipping terms apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of

For the purposes of these terms, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

2. Delivery / Shipping Area

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed before completion of the order and must be paid in addition to the product price.

Germany: Flat rate €6.99
Austria: Flat rate €14.49
Switzerland: Flat rate €20.00

Special promotions (e.g., free shipping) will be explicitly indicated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery time within Germany: 2–5 business days
Delivery time to Austria: 3–7 business days
Delivery time to Switzerland: 5–10 business days

All delivery times are estimates that we strive to meet to the best of our ability. Delays caused by shipping service providers, customs authorities, or force majeure are beyond our control.

5. Transfer of Risk

In contracts with consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.

6. Partial Deliveries

We reserve the right to deliver goods in partial shipments, provided this is reasonable for the customer. No additional shipping costs will be charged in such cases.

7. Returns

The return of goods is governed by our cancellation policy.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
The return must be organized by the customer; a return label will not be provided.
We recommend returning goods with proof of postage to avoid loss in transit.

8. Shipping Partners

We ship our goods via reputable parcel service providers (e.g., DHL, DPD, Hermes). The specific shipping partner is selected at the discretion of Chicks N Tricks.

9. Delay in Delivery

If delivery is not possible, we will inform you immediately by email. In such a case, you may withdraw from the contract or agree on a new delivery date.
