Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The return shipment must be organized by the buyer.
We do not provide a return shipping label.
Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Information on the Return Process

We kindly ask you to notify our support team by email in advance of any return.

The goods should, if possible, be returned unused and undamaged and – where possible – in the original packaging with all labels attached.

You are, of course, permitted to inspect the goods as would be possible in a retail store.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We accept no liability for returns sent without proof of postage or for items lost in transit.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,

  • for the delivery of gift vouchers if they have been personalized or already redeemed.

Reduced items (“sale items”) are not excluded from the right of withdrawal.
